Welcome to ToDoSphere. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ToDoSphere mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service"), operated by Ubinair ("we," "us," or "our").

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

1. Use of the Service

ToDoSphere provides a visual task management tool to help you organize your daily life. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

Account Creation: In order to use certain features of the Service, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

2. Subscriptions and Payments

Free Tier: ToDoSphere is available for free with core features, subject to certain limitations.

Premium Tier: We offer premium subscription plans (monthly or annually) that unlock advanced features. By selecting a premium tier, you agree to pay the applicable subscription fees.

Billing: Payments will be charged to your Apple App Store or Google Play Store account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your app store settings. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

3. User Content

Ownership: You retain full ownership of all data, tasks, and information you create, upload, or store within the Service ("User Content").

License: By submitting User Content to the Service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, and process your User Content solely for the purpose of operating, improving, and providing the Service to you.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

Use the Service in any way that violates any applicable local, national, or international law.
Attempt to interfere with, compromise the system integrity or security, or decipher any transmissions to or from the servers running the Service.
Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Service without our express written permission.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. WE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

7. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL UBINAIR, NOR ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES, BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (I) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE; (II) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICE; OR (III) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE) OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY.
